After finishing runners up in Devon One RFU league this season means Athletic have the chance of promotion to Cornwall and Devon RFU league for the 2019-20 season. In order to achieve promotion we have to overcome Newquay Hornets who finished as runners up in Cornwall One. Due to Athletic having a better playing record during the season means we have home advantage so will welcome Hornets to Bravelands on Saturday 27 April kick off 3pm.

The day will be a celebration for the club and there will be something to do apart from enjoy a cracking game of rugby with activities for all the family including a bouncy castle. There will be refreshments available and the bar will be open so come along and enjoy the day and cheer on Athletic to promotion.
